1. How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Picabroad account and all associated data by following these steps:

1. Open the Picabroad app on your device.
2. Go to Profile > Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your request by entering your password.

Alternatively, you can email us at contact@picabroad.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

2. What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, avatar)
• Community posts, comments, and reactions
• PR planning data and points configuration
• Referral history and codes
• Device tokens and notification preferences
• Saved documents and uploaded files

3. What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction records — retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
• Anonymised analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for product improvement.

4. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
