In-app support
If you're already signed in, open Settings → Help & Support inside the app to submit a ticket. Messages sent there land in the same queue as email.
Common questions
How do I unlock Premium? New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After that, Premium unlocks for 30 days every time a friend signs up with your referral code. Referrals stack.
Can I delete my account? Yes — open the app, go to Settings → Account, and tap Delete Account. You can also request deletion at picabroad.com/delete-account.
My visa expiry reminder didn't fire. Make sure notifications are enabled for Picabroad in your device settings, and that your visa expiry date is set correctly under Documents.
